Concierge is our time-saving service that makes it easy for busy people to take advantage of the cost savings available at The Cost Savings Guy.

Should I Use Concierge?

Concierge is right for you:

  2. You don’t have the time to determine all the services that could benefit your business; or

  3. You want someone to take care of everything related to these services for you.

How Does Concierge Work?

After you order the Concierge Service, one of our experts will interview you by phone at a time that is convenient for you.

  1. Our team member will use “FindSave!”, the process we have developed specifically for the Concierge service.

  2. We developed FindSave! to ensure we efficiently determine all of the ways The Cost Savings Guy might be able to benefit your business. The FindSave! interview typically takes about one-half hour.

  3. After the FindSave! interview we will provide you with a detailed set of recommendations, based on our customized analysis, of services that will save your business money and enhance your productivity.

  4. This detailed set of recommendations is typically sent 24 to 48 hours after the telephone interview.

What’s Included with my Concierge Report?



First, the report includes everything you need to know to easily order the recommended services. This includes:

  1. A detailed statement of precisely what we recommend you buy, and (where appropriate) an estimate of what you will save using each of these services.

  2. The 800 number or URL that you need to order each of these cost-saving services.

  3. A discussion of what type of free trial, satisfaction guarantee, or other guarantees are included in each service.

Second, if you would prefer to have us act as your authorized agent, we will place these orders for you.

What Does Concierge Cost? Do you guarantee results?

The full Concierge service, as described above, is available for a low, flat fee of $50.

  1. To quickly and painlessly achieve potential annual savings of thousands of dollars, we believe this represents terrific value.

  2. A No risk opportunity: At the conclusion of the interview, our expert will briefly describe the services and details that are likely to be included in your Concierge report. If you don’t see these services as potentially valuable for your business, you can request a full refund at that moment, which will be promptly fulfilled.
  3. An Easy Refund: You don’t need to raise the issue of this refund. At the conclusion of the Interview our expert will politely ask you whether you want to continue with the Concierge process and receive the report.

Does The Cost Savings Guy Offer Additional Time-Saving Implementation Services?

Yes. Our team is composed of experts in the implementation, set-up and configuration of the services we recommend, and we will assist our Concierge clients with setting up newly purchased services.

  1. The cost of this assistance is based on a low hourly rate or a fixed fee depending on the services involved. We can provide you with an estimate of the time required for this set-up when you decide on the services you will be purchasing.

How Do I Order Concierge?

You can sign-up for Concierge right here, using our quick three-step order and appointment booking system. The entire sign-up and booking process takes about 8 minutes:

  2. After you payment is submitted, you will be directed to a brief business description form. We ask that you provide these details to help us prepare for our Concierge phone discussion with you.

  3. After you submit this short form, you click a button to schedule a time for the telephone call using our online booking system. We ask that you reserve one-half hour for this interview using the FindSave! process.
